Ingredients:
- 12 Oysters with shells (for presentation)
- Rock salt (for presentation)
- Worcestshire Sauce
- 2 Bacon rashers, finely chopped
- Black Pepper
Utensils:
Oven proof dish
Method:
Open the shells, detach the oysters and arrange the shells on a bed of rock salt in an ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle with Worcestshire Sauce (for seasoning only).
Sprinkle with the bacon and add the freshly ground black pepper.
Grill in the oven for 3-4 minutes
Serve with a little bit of tabasco sauce in each oyster for those who like it hot.
